The plumber arrived within 1 hour after making the appointment. Michael was courteous, prompt and got right to work to unclog the kitchen drain. I was very impressed with Reddi Rot'r both in service and price. I would definitely use them again for a plumbing problem.

It took a couple hours to arrive. Although he was professional, I don't think the company was necessarily honest in their pricing. It would have been nice if I could have a company that did not charge me $200 for 45 minutes worth of work.

They stated that they would come out and run a snake line down the pipe to see the clog. They would charge $120.00 for that. They also stated it would be an extra $250.00 if they took the stool out and knocked the clog out. I have used before and the plumber came out. He gave me a free estimate. I let him know they were too high and I would be looking for someone else. He also said he would install a new stool and install it. I'm not happy with them at all because they are way too high with their quote.
Description of Work: I think something has fallen into my toilet and is causing a clog. I called Ready Rooter to take a look.
