+ 0 moreI've got rental property so I send people out to do things. They've gone under a different name. I haven't paid the bill yet. Its $19 for a toilet clean out. They did the job that's all. I just send them over. I use them all the time. I have an account with them otherwise I have to go over and stand there at the front door and write them a cheque. I have an account so I don't have to bother to go. It's just then and there. They do it and they do it alright. I think their price is a bit high, but it saves me having to drive over there so that's good. As far as the quality, they cleaned the drain and that's all I need to know. They are responsive. They are quick. They are punctual as far as I know. They are professional. They do the job and that's all I want them to do. I would use them all the time and I use them a lot.

+ -1 moreI understand they have changed hands or merged with another company. I have used them for several years but now there prices are exorbitant and they told me several things were wrong that actually were not. They told me I should sue the people I bought the home from, turns out I did not need these extensive repairs they said I needed. I will not be using this company in the future.
Description of Work: I called them to repair my garbage disposal.
