VERY HELPFUL, KIND, AND HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I had several other computer Technicians. Look at my devices, and they don't hold a candle to Don Rankins. Don has Very fair pricing, and he acknowledges the Seniors. And the Vets. I Highly recommend Mr. RANKINS.
