The technician, Spencer, was extremely professional and courteous. He communicated all details about what his visit would consist of and how much it would cost. He also was very punctual and kept me in the loop about what time he would arrive. He did a thorough inspection and discovered that I didn’t need to test for mold, but he located a leak in our roof that we have been struggling with. He went above and beyond with service—I highly recommend Pure Air.

Spencer went out of his way to schedule my project because I was feeling quite ill and thought the illness might be from mold spores found in lab tests.

Spencer was a God-send. The morning we were supposed to have the house fogged, I found a potential leak and sent him a message. He came over at the crack of dawn to check it out and confirm we were still good to do the treatment. When it was time to clear the house, I realized I d locked my keys in the car, so my four kids and I couldn t leave. He offered to drive down to my husband s work to retrieve the extra set of keys for me. He never seemed bothered that we were slowing down his progress. Thanks for the great service!
