Highly HIGHLY recommend Spencer and his team. I had been having some severe respiratory issues for several months after a water damage and his easy to read test results confirmed my suspicions of mold. He immediately contacted my insurance company to advocate for housing arrangements for me and my pets. The treatment was quick compared to old methods and my health started making huge improvements in just a few days time. That alone was so worth it - beyond grateful to be getting my home and my health back.

Spencer did a fantastic job and i noticed an immediate job in my air quality. He was very reasonable and very thorough. I have a learming disability, and I asked a lot of questions and he answered every one of them extensively. I would definitely use him again and reccomend him.

Spencer made a visit to my house a high priority once we found out there was a mold issue. He sat down and took time to explain his service after verifying there was mold until I had no further questions (which is always a fair amount of questions!). He was able to provide fast service with impending visitors around the holidays, and treated the area effectively multiple times over until air samples came back clean. I cannot thank Spencer enough! He was very patient with me, as I have been suffering terribly. I knew I had toxic mold in my apartment. Spencer did lot's of test. He spent 2.5 hours working, testing air, taking samples and answering my questions. He listened to me. He was so compassionate about what I have been going through for the past couple years. Unfortunately, but very fortunate for me, I discovered mold in my kitchen when a demolition was completed for my kitchen face lift! I was devastated, but knew who to call. SPENCER! He had assisted me 3 years ago. He was at my house the same day after work. He diagnosed, using a light to go down my wall, took samples and started calling another company he works with to begin the next steps. They arrived the next day. Spencer is incredible at his craft! He is extremely professional in every way! He genuinely cares about his craft and his clients! He had to go through a great deal of red tape to deal with my HOA who delayed his process of fogging. Spencer from Pure Air was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond his normal service by talking with me extensively about mold in general, but also investigated the wall where mold was coming from, helped me address contributing factors that may have led to the mold development, and came out to my house same day or the next day to fog multiple days until the mold was remediated. He was communicative and available during the entire process of this issue, which is a rare quality found in any business. I am so grateful to have found Spencer and Pure Air KC. The dirty, musty smell in our home is gone. The visible mold we could see is gone. The invisible mold has been significantly reduced thanks to the fogging process. We have been able to address the issues that were conducive to mold growth.
