We are happy to have found Jack Nelson. Jack worked well with us to help contain costs and stay within our budget. His advice and opinions were on target and he is very knowledgeable. He and his employees did a wonderful job all the way through this project and we are thrilled with the outcome. We give him an A+ recommendation!
Description of Work: We did a complete renovation of our existing home with a room addition of 700 sq ft.

Description of Work: Fixed some wood rot on the house I was selling. They did a good job but the cost of the job turned out to be more than originally estimated. I had some big jobs slated for my new house but they didn't seem interested. Jack is a good guy but was very slow to get back to me with estimates or a game plan. Seemed too busy to get back to me, so I went with someone else.

Description of Work: We have had Jack Nelson's company (Prowork Construction) provide many services for us over the last 10 years. These services have been anything from outdoor house painting, indoor house painting, deck staining, fence installation, ceiling fan installations, outdoor window trim repair, garage cabinetry installation, garage floor cement sealant, and more. Jack's work (also provided by one of his co-workers many times--John) are very reliable and easy to work with. They are punctual and provide the contracted work as explained. They are very detail oriented and provide excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Prowork Construction to anyone looking for quality work. Cost of his work is very much in line with other's price quotes.

They provided a very accurate estimate and gave updates as they were working. They do superb work and are very professional. Great individuals to have at your home.

This is the third time that we have use Jack with Prowork. I have never had a problem with any type of communication with him. Jack always checks up on how the work is going, especially if he is not performing it himself. Jack has always been really good at providing a closely matching estimate to the final price. He is very good at giving you options as the work progresses, based on what they find. I don't care how busy Jack is I will wait for him to take care of work around my house, he is a fair and honest individual.
Description of Work: Repair brick mould repair on 2 side windows Wood trim repair back sliding door Repair water damage around 2 window to front of house. They had to tear out and replace stucco, the wood compression board and several studs.

JACK RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS AND WAS ON TIME. HIS LEAD CARPENTER, JOHN, WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HARDWORKING. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE NELSON CONSTRUCTION AGAIN. FYI I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS ALSO KNOWN AS PROWORK CONSTRUCTION.

JACK WAS EXTREMELY EASY TO WORK WITH, VERY DEPENDABLE AND DETAIL-ORIENTED. WE RECEIVED SEVERAL BIDS AND HE WAS LESS BY A COUPLE OF THOUSAND, BUT HIS WORK WAS OUTSTANDING.
