They charge $189 and service my furnace for the winter and my air conditioning for the summer. They did a good and I was satisfied and would use them again.

They were working with an older system and I think they did the best they could. They worked diligently and tried to satisfy me and I think the age of the faucet played a factor. I just don't get enough hot water back there.

They did an excellent job with my HVAC units. They were very clean and polite and I'd recommend them to everyone!

We have a service plan with this company and have had for many years. Anytime we have had a problem, someone is out to resolve the problem the same day that the request for service was made. Our AC just went out (19 years old, temp in upper 80's-low 90's). Within 3 days a new unit was installed (when the typical wait list was 3 weeks long.) The president of the company came out to help us choose a new unit for our size home and our future plans to stay or move. He was friendly, courteous, and got us on the schedule as quickly as possible. One year our furnace went out during Christmas--Christmas Eve to be exact. They were there, a new unit was installed promptly. I cannot recommend a company more highly.

I PUT IN A CALL SUNDAY A.M. BECAUSE THE HOT WATER IN MY SHOWER CAME ON, EVEN THOUGH THE FAUCET WAS TURNED COMPLETELY OFF, SO I SHUT THE MAIN WATER LINE DOWN. THEIR WEBSITE SAYS 24 HRS. AND THEIR VM SAYS THEY WILL CALL BACK WITHIN 1.5 HRS., BUT THEY NEVER DID. I KNOW IT WAS A SUNDAY, BUT IF THEY DON'T WORK SUNDAYS, THEN DON'T ADVERTISE IT.

BRYAN SNEED WAS CAPABLE AND CONGENIAL. HE CLEARLY HAS PRIDE IN HIS WORK, AND WANTED TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. HE WAS NEAT AND CLEAN ABOUT HIS WORKPLACE.
