They are wonderful. We have used them several times. They do a great job.

I had to call and find out where the company was since they were really late. I find out that the person who was supposed to come out was not going to be out later in the day, it would of been nice if the company could of called and told me that they would not be arriving at the time they promised.

They offered a very competitive price, explained in detail what they were going to do, reconnected the water line in a timely way, and the overall service was solid. They were delayed in completing the finishing touches on the job and not as communicative in this phase of the work as they could have been. Still, I would definetely use their service again.

The service has gone very well overall. Fred's a good person to call for sewer-line repair or replacement and provides good inspections. He's extremely honest and he will never tell you there's a problem when there really isn't. He has saved my clients money by correctly assessing a problem that other companies had mis-diagnosed. I'd highly recommend him!

He took the line apart and cleaned out the line and fixed it so the water flows freely. The technician was punctual and courteous, he actually arrived 10 min early.

I called on Tuesday and got a phone estimate from them. They were far less than any other of the estimates I received and he was very professional as well. On Wednesday I called them back to preform the work and they were able to do it on Thursday. He answered my questions about the type of water heater that would be installed and the time that it was going to take as well. They showed up a little bit before 3:00 pm and had it done by 5:00 pm. There was one snafu, we needed a short tank water heater and they brought he regular size with them but they were able to get the correct size in a timely manner. They also had to charge us a bit more but the work was still a lot less than the other quotes we got.

Precision Plumbing replaced the city supply water line to my house. They got the permits, replaced the concrete, and laid seed over the ground that had to be dug up to place the new pipe. I got the quote on a Thursday, the pipe was installed and my yard cleaned up by the beginning of the next week. His quote came in the lowest out of 3 or 4 quotes I got for the job, and his final price came in $100 under his original quote. I was satisfied with the experience.

The crew was very professional and the owner of the company was on hand often to supervise. It was obvious that they really knew what they were doing. They were fast and very nice to work with. We will definitely call them again.

There quality is very good and they usually work quickly. My only criticism is how they do business. I like to have written estimates. They don't usually provide. On a different job smaller job I was given 2 or 3 different prices for cleaning out a drain. I just prefer to have something in writing for clarity to both parties.

They were prompt, they did the work quickly and cleanly and cleaned up when they were through. We received other bids and while they weren't the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive either. We would use them again for future service.

Excellent work. Very professional and conscientious. Worked hard to complete the job before it rained. Cleaned and swept the driveway and street of dirt.

They replaced the water line from the house to the street. They ran into issues with rock in the way, but stayed and got the job done for the original quote, even though it took them longer, than expected.

He came out the next day. Very prompt.
