I felt we paid too much for the service, but I didn't do my homework on garage door openers before I ok'd the work. So that's my bad.

Same day service on a Saturday. Tach called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled because he was already nearby. Half the cost of garage door company I had used for over 20 years! Showed up in a very nice looking truck and got to work. Springs that were installed were much better designed than the ones that broke.

Excellent customer service. Fast service. The seal on my garage door needed replacement. They came out and evaluated the situation. Realized another seal would be better, so we scheduled at another date. When he came out to replace the seal, he was done in less than 20 minutes.
