This turned out to be a minor problem which he handled right away. It was good to get it repaired but sort of hated to spend the money

They were able to fix my issues quickly. I was given pricing options before any work was done. Replaced opener, springs and cables and serviced the rest because it wasnâ t done correctly the first time! Weâ re now considering replacing the other opener because we love the new one!

I couldn't be happier with the work and the tech. He walked me through every step and made me fell like I made the right choice.

They came thru the house instead of the garage, they arrived in timely manner, I paid $70.00 service fee they came thru the house then asked them if they would help with the garage door but then they said for $200.00 dollars. I disengaged the opener and husband and I lifted it up. Called the gentleman to inquire about the additional fee and he said that $175.00 was standard. So I ended up paying them $70.00 to open my own garage door, which was all that needed to be done.

.Great door. Looks fantastic and the opener is so quiet. Took a little longer than I expected to come in. Hard to get a hold of anyone to get prigress updates.

I could have gotten a brand new single 2 car door for $1100.00 and they charged me $675.00 and it would have cost me $85.00 for them to come to my house with no estimate option but i needed it done. Lowes would have sold it and installed a new door for $1100.00 i just did not want to give them free money for doing nothing.

Good service with great attitude too! Customer service was on top of everything letting me know what time the tech would be there.
