We are using them again. It is a very well-known company. They are all over the country. When we used them about two years ago, they managed a lot of work. It was not just a window. They had to do all the wood around it and the painting. It was a big window. We chose to use them again because we got several bids from four different companies and we like their product and professionalism. We are familiar with their product so we know it is good. It is a top product nationally, and we knew they worked really hard to get the best price they could. They are professional and knew what they are doing. They are not the cheapest though. They were good. That is why we went with them again because we had a good experience with them.

It is still ongoing. The issue is more with the product and not the service, which is not really fair to say. The windows rotted. They were pretty punctual when they came.

After the install, we noticed they were leaking air around the seal. They sent someone out to do something to adjust them tighter to the seal. He told us our model didn't have that ability. They basically said we could use a hair dryer to heat up the seal and get it to form better to the new sashes. We tried that without any luck. They said the seals couldn't be replaced and said there wasn't anything to do. I think that is just terrible, but we are just living with a bad seal.
