It was kind of up and down. They did take care of everything in the long run, but the guy had mis-measured in some places and the countertops had come before I was ready for them. It wasn't sterling service or performance, but we were satisfied with what they did.

Went well overall. The counters are gorgeous and fit perfectly. The only problematic issues (really didn't effect my overall satisfaction) were a few bits of miscommunication where I had to call to ensure scheduling and follow-up, and the installation where the workmen put their tools directly on my new wool and silk rug (fortunately no spots or damage) and left wood chips and fragments for me to clean up (on the other hand, the men who did the original demolition were very careful and cleaned up completely). Also, the template measurement for the kitchen counter made for too large an opening for the stove; the stove installer had to add bracing so that the top would not fall into the hole (they only had to replicate the old counter). But it was easily remedied and not a tragedy. Something I would know to look for next time, no matter who was doing the work. They are professional, competent and trustworthy. I would use them again and recommend them w/ those small caveats.

THEY CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO TELL THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AND ARRIVED ON TIME AND VERY POLITE.

EXCELLENT REPLACEMENT AND REFITTING OF OLD COUNTERTOPS. INSTALLED NEW SINK AND PLUMBING AND CABINET LIGHTING. VERY FLEXIBLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH. VERY RESPONSIVE.
