The finished product is great, and much cheaper than other companies. The communication from the office was good, but lacking details about the job details/instructions for us like move the cars ahead of time, or how long to stay off the repaired surfaces. The crew on-site Was Federico, Martin and Antonio they called when they were on their way, had all the details we needed, & were professional.

Henry and Joshua from Olshan Foundation in KC came out yesterday to stabilize our slab on grade home with foam injection. It was a touchy job with buried utilities, sewer and ductwork so we were grateful for the experience and expertise Henry brought to the job. I spent the day with them and learned a lot about what that expertise brings to the work. Even with some equipment problems Henry was able to make field repairs (he knows a lot about the equipment) and finish the job. I'd welcome them back any time. They made a good team.

I had the greatest experience with Gabriel, Gerardo, Gozman and Leo spearheading my project. They were very hard working, extremely communicative and helped me throughout every step in understanding what the construction process entailed. They dealt with inclement weather with rain like professionals and I couldn't be more happy with their craftsmanship and upbeat smiling faces in the midst of hard physical labor. My crew was the best of Olshan!!

I employed Okshan to set up a waterproofing wall and sump pump with water lock drains in my basement. The team Gerardo, Jose, Leo, Chinchilla, Anilca,Sergio Led by Gabriel were all very hard working , respectful of my home and professional. They kept me updated with the progress and showed me their progress throughout the work day. Description of Work: PIERING OF 2-STORY HOUSE ON 2 SIDES. OLSHAN OFFERS A WARRANTY AND 2 YRS LATER WE CALLED TO REQUEST THEY EXAMINE THEIR PIERING AS CRACKS WERE AGAIN APPEARING, ESPECIALLY ON 2nd FLOOR & ENTRY DOORS WERE NOT PROPERLY OPENING/CLOSING ON 1st FLOOR. WAS DETERMINED BY OLSHAN THAT 1st CREW 2 YRS EARLIER DID NOT SINK THE PIERS DOWN FAR ENOUGH. THEY CORRECTED, SINKING THEM DEEPER AND 6 MOS LATER NO NEW CRACKS ARE APPEARING SO HOPEFUL THE 2nd TIME CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. IT COST US AN ADDL. $100 AND IT IS NOT AS EASY TO GET THEM BACK AS IT WAS BEFORE WE HAD HIRED THEM, HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 3 WEEKS FOR AN INSPECTION AND, OF COURSE, THE SALES REP WE INITIALLY DEALT WITH WAS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. THERE WAS NO 'MAYBE' FOR WOULD WE USE THIS PROVIDER IN THE FUTURE & THAT'S OUR ANSWER. WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NEEDING THIS VERY EXPENSIVE WORK GET SEVERAL ESTIMATES, TAKE A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME TO COMPARE THEIR INFO AND DO VERY THOROUGH CHECKING OF ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS AND THE SATISFACTION OF CUSTOMERS BEFORE SELECTING A PROVIDER.

THESE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB, KEPT THE WORK PLACE NEAT, AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY HAD TO WATERPROOF A 52 FOOT WALL, LAY PIPE, DRAINS, SUMP, AND REPAIR THE FLOOR AND WALL. WELL WORTH THE MONEY SPENT.

THEY WERE THE HARDEST WORKING PEOPLE I'VE EVER SEEN. THEY WERE VERY NEAT. I HAD A FEW ISSUES AFTER THEY LEFT, AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT TO FIX THEM. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO JUST TO MAKE ME HAPPY.

THIS HAS BEEN A LONG PROCESS WITH FEW POSITIVE RESULTS. BETWEEN THEIR COST & THE ADDITIONAL WORK WE'VE DONE AT THEIR INSTRUCTION, I'VE PAID AROUND $15000 WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM AT ALL. THEY DO CONTINUE TO RESPOND, AND MAKE ADDITIONAL PROPOSALS, BUT I'M QUITE FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT. THEY'VE REDONE SEVERAL ASPECTS OF THE WORK, ESPECIALLY DRAINAGE LINES. AN OVERALL HIDEOUS EXPERIENCE.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX A LEAK IN MY BASEMENT, BUT WOULDN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY HAD TO COME OUT MULTIPLE TIMES TO FIX THE PROBLEM, CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS AND SOMETIMES THEY WOULDN'T SHOW UP AT ALL. ONE TIME THEY LEFT THEIR TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT ON MY PORCH. MY BASEMENT STILL LEAKS. THEY ALSO CHIPPED MY FRONT STEPS.
