The service was excellent.

After being ripped off by several companies I found MYCO here. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! Called back, did the work in a timely manner, very professional, cleaned up and above all was honest. VERY happy with Anthony, save yourself a lot of grief and call him if you need appliance repair.

Our old Chambers oven would only work at 550*. We figured that we needed to buy a new one. But thought it might be worthwhile to see if it could be fixed. So we called Myco - told them the brand and age of the oven and set up an appointment. They called us back early on the day of the appointment saying that they could be there earlier if that would work for us. We said yes, come on ahead. When he came in, very friendly and got right to work. He started calling around to see if he could find parts and the approximate cost of them. When he said somewhere around $400, we said that we would think about it and get back to them if we wanted to persue it. He said that he was willing to keep looking to find the parts if we were willing to wait. We have decided to buy a new one. We plan on calling him back to see if he can give us a quote for a new one and install it.

Anthony was an absolute joy to work with! I called at 8 a.m. and he was at our house by 11 a.m. He quickly assessed the problem, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I also had him look at my washing machine to get a quick assessment to a noise problem we were having. He looked at it without blinking an eye, found the problem and gave me an estimate as to the cost to fix it. He also told us of an easy fix to a frost over problem we were having with our ice maker. This is by far the most outstanding customer service I have received in years. I would highly, highly recommend MyCo and Anthony to anyone needing appliance service.

He made two trips the same day because he didn't have the part on his truck. He worked quickly & efficiently. Friendly.

I have actually used Anthony's services a number of times over a number of years, and have found him to be professional, friendly, and capable, and his prices are reasonable. One time, he even solved my problem over the phone, which didn't cost anything.

I called Anthony as was having major problems with my refrigerator and he was very responsive. He told me an approximate time he would be out the same day and said he would call first. He did and was right on time, just a couple hours after I initially called him! Instead of charging me for a whole new compressor he took the time to open and clean it out and then he reset the computer. He even called GE to verify and make sure there were no recalls .Anthony was polite and kind and very professional. He explained things to me. He also laid down runners on the floor and was very careful and neat. He asked me to call him if there were any problems and even called me today to follow up to make sure the refrigerator was still running fine and it is!I was expecting to pay a few hundred dollars and the bill was only $89.00! I will never call anyone else but Anthony for an appliance repair in the future because I was so impressed with him!

He charged me $65 to come out and look it over. He didn't really do anything to it. I didn't have a good feeling about him. I researched the part he said I needed online and it didn't really make sense. The part he said I needed was really cheap online and he wanted to charge me about $200 for it. He was pretty responsive. We made the appointment and he came when he said he would. I probably wouldn't use him again.

Initially contacted 3 companies on Angie's List who had multiple favorable review. Myco responded first, and I scheduled an appointment. My son was to be home when they called the next day. However, Myco didn't call until 2:15, and my son had just left at 2 p.m. Therefore, we had to reschedule. Fortunately, he was able to come on Monday, January 2nd (which was a holiday for me). He arrived when he said, went right to work, and had the washer fixed within an hour or so. Very pleased with his service.

He was really good. He came the next day. He was as prompt and professional, as could be. I would absolutely use him again.

The problem was resolved. I will use this service again.

Anthony was easy to reach. Every time I called him, he answered promptly, even when he was working on other jobs. He arrived promptly when he said he would. He quickly determined that we needed a sort of unusual part for the washer, and told us we could have it shipped overnight from a remote supplier if he couldn't find the part in town. But later in the day, he had managed to find the part locally, which saved us a lot of money for shipping. He made the repairs quickly and efficiently, explained to us what he was doing, and left the appliances working. We are happy to have our washer and dryer functioning well again. We will definitely call MYCO again when we need appliance repair.

I called MYCO Appliance/Anthony with my problem of the ice maker in our fridge continually dripping and creating a wall & floor of ice in the freezer side. He made the repair appt. for the next day and despite the awful weather and the fact that schools were cancelled, he still kept the appointment. In the meantime, I had to unplug the fridge to get the ice wall and floor melted and removed. Anthony was very careful not to damage our wooden floor as he moved the fridge around and he had a replacemnet part in stock in his vehicle. He quoted us a price that we accepted before he started the repair work. He said that the valve needed to be replaced so that the ice maker would not continually drip water. We trust Anthony. He has fixed a washing machine and a dishwasher for us before as well.

Icemaker overflowed with water and then refroze. He inspected it, cleaned some parts, and seemed to have it working on the first visit. Several hours later, the same thing happened. He replaced the part. It's working well. He was on time, responsive, clean and professional.

He was great. He charged $800 for fixing all the appliances. He was very responsive and was very prompt at calling me back. He called me before he ordered the parts. He informed me when the parts came in and made an appointment. His work was flawless and he was very professional. I?d absolutely hire him again in the future.

MY HEATING ELEMENT WAS NOT BROKEN, SO THEY ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE SERVICE CALL. HE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN COMING OUT TO CHECK THE DRYER. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIM AND WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN.
