Rob, BJ and Anthony did a fantastic job. For me, being on time is a BIG deal! They were on time with a 30 minute notification that they were in transit. Which was very nice knowing they were on the "Moovers" (no pun intended) The guys were very courteous and willing to do what we asked. Not to mention, zero belongings were damaged nor the apartment. This is the second time I have used them.

The guys were very professional, good natured and extremely hard working. They helped me with cumbersome packing of some items, protected my home from damage and my very expensive oil paintings arrived in perfect condition. Josh H and Rob D were 5 star movers.

I was very disappointed. None of the above questions revealed my disappointment. I think there was a misunderstanding probably on my part. I was under the impression that they were going to pack some of my things. As it turned out they packed nothing and did not even have any boxes. I had to be out of my apartment by 5 o’clock so I ended up having to leave a few things to meet the deadline. They told me my mounted TV could be taken down by them but they were not able to mount it. I agreed with that but they did not take down the TV it was still on the wall when I went into that room. Hopefully I learn something from this move.

Fantastic job! Michael, Robert, and Ike were efficient, professional, and the nicest guys. They arrived within the first half-hour of their 30 minute window and set right to work. I had no idea the job of moving would ever go so swiftly. My items were handled with care and there's no damage to report. I found the best deal in town with Moovers, too! The communication with Julie over the phone was thorough and she's delightful. I highly recommend them and they'll be the only movers I'll call in the future. Thanks!

The actual movers were great. The scheduling & billing is horrible can’t get ahold of anyone & can’t show up on time. We were first told between 7:00 & 8:00 then we were told by 11:00 they finally showed up at 2:45. Which made us miss every install appointment we had made have to reschedule so now we have to wait a week for installs & now they won’t answer or call back to discuss discounts since they billed us full price. My wife left a message for a Mike & I have called myself 3 times setting on hold for over 30 mins.

I gave company my credit card information to hold the moving date. My moving date got moved and told the company it’s going to be on this date but couldn’t confirm they booked the day so I had to find a different company really quick

Buyer beware. While I have no concerns with the actual packing & physical move, I do have a serious concern with the integrity of the owner Mike Waris. When he bid on the move, I specifically asked about picking up the boxes after the move. He said they would pick them up with no other caveats. Now that the move is over and I have notified them that I am ready for them to pick up the boxes, he informed me that picking up the boxes would cost me $125 if I had the boxes broken down and additional $275 for a truck if I didn't break down the boxes. When I questioned him about these additional charges, he responded that picking up the boxes "was not in the contract". So, buyer beware when working with this business. No matter what verbal agreement you may think you have, if it is not specifically detailed in the contract, you will likely be charged extra for services you through were included in the negotiated price.

There was a mix up on the time of arrival but I dealt with two different people. The first one was out of the office because of family issues. We got the times corrected the day before the move. We had two young men who did the best job and was aware of the additional fee I would have to pay if they went over the time estimated. They went as fast as they could and only went 15 minutes over the quoted price. I tipped them each $10 for the good job they did.

It went great! We didn't have any issues. They were very punctual and nice. They did exactly what I asked and they took great care of my belongings. I would highly recommend them.

It was excellent. They placed the furniture, took cared of unloadinbg and loading, on time, contacted me on the time of arrival, very pleasant, and very respectful of me. Overall, I was very pleased.

The service went really well, they were on time, they did everything they said they would do, and did a great job. They have to move a whole house in just one day and they just did a good job.

I had shopped around some before making my decision to go with Moovers their rates are definitely the most reasonably priced and two friends ended up recommended them as well. Tyrell and Tenell were awesome, they were very efficient in getting my things loaded and unloaded and very nice as well. If you’re looking to move I’d definitely recommend choosing Moovers!

Moovers showed up on time. The guys were polite, energetic, and friendly. They were very careful and respectful. Their friendly conversation made the day go by quickly and what is an otherwise unfun task, fun. They were careful with furniture parts and put my furniture pieces back together with ease. I would definitely use Moovers again!

Moovers did an excellent job for us. I had them pack our house and move us. The movers were friendly and dressed appropriately. They arrived on time and did a great job moving us. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Wonderful. The guys were on time. Took great care of me. The price was very affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Don't ever use this company, they don't complete the job, false advertise, and steal your money. We hired them to move us to a different state and had to be out of our house later that afternoon to hand over our keys and be at closing. About 2 hours into them loading things on the truck, they inform us the truck is full and can't fit anything else. We still had half of our house left and only 2 hours until we had to be out. The movers even said that Julie (the representative) messes things up all the time and that they weren't surprised. We called the management at the company and they basically said we are SOL, they didn't have any more trucks or movers, but for an additional full price they'd arrange for another truck. The lady (Julie) was rude and said it was our fault because we told them we only had 50 boxes total- so that's all they planned for; that is a complete lie, we never gave them a quote on boxes- we even sold tons of furniture, so there should've been plenty of room. She even said from the beginning not to worry because someone would do a walk through to make sure everything would work. We hired their packers, they even went room to room and assured us everything would fit without a problem. Bottom line, they are the moving professionals- it is THEIR job to make the proper assessments and decisions. My husband was furious and told them they needed to fix this- still nothing. The movers said they should just dump our stuff and we could find someone else to do it (not including the curse words they were using- very professional). We had to tell them to go on and we'd have to find storage for the things they left. So we had to have my elderly parents help move the rest in 102 degree heat and find storage. We missed our closing and it delayed the sale of our house. We couldn't be at the other location to meet the movers, so our realtor had to be there to sign off. Well, nothing was assembled, things were just thrown in random places, boxes and furniture were in wrong rooms (half of the pieces to our furniture were still left in KC, so we didn't even have full sets of anything), and things were broken. We spoke to the owner (Mike) and he said he doesn't know why any of this would entail a refund. They are completely uncooperative and unapologetic, they just blame the customer and make excuses for their incompetence and incomplete service. They have ignored multiple emails and calls. I sent a complaint to BBB and they lied on that, stating we were belligerent to them and that we told them we wanted to find storage for the rest of our things and it was ok to have the truck go on and that they have been in complete communication this whole time trying to help us (we had no choice but to get storage and send the truck on, we had to be out in 2 hours). LIES and more LIES! So, still no resolution and an incomplete job- service wasn't as advertised; this is stealing. They will hound you to get you to hire them and then they perform the job like this and take your money. They are scammers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, worst experience ever. I'm disgusted with these people. Absolutely APPALLED. These people should not be in business.

Good. Took longer than quoted.

This was the most terrible move I've ever incurred. The move started great with the movers arriving right on time and getting to work. That's where the pleasant experience ended. Underestimate of size of truck: We were told a few days ahead of time that they may not be able to fit our patio furniture on the truck. We were fine with that knowing that we could leave the furniture with our neighbors overnight. However, that was a gross understatement. We had to rent a 17 ft Uhaul by ourselves to move the rest of our inside stuff. Moving truck leaked: Our stuff had to stay in the truck overnight. One of my couch cushions was drenched the next day. WASHER HOOKUP FAIL: The movers hooked up our washing machine to the water supply and plugged it in. However, they failed to hook up the drain hose. Our first load of laundry in my BRAND NEW house flooded the first floor and the basement. We have had a restoration crew at our house the entire first week in our new house. Customer Service: I've called twice inquiring about claim forms and such and neither time did the Mooovers representative apologize or offer any sort of empathy for this situation. Stay away from Moovers!!!

MOOVERS' three men showed up 30 minutes late, looked over the job, and then went to the truck to talk. The leader came in to make me a proposition. Him and another guy wanted to move us the next day, Sunday, on the side for $800, which he said would be split among three of them. I refused, stating we really needed to get moved that day so I would have a few days to get unpacked before I had to return to work. Also I needed to go with a company that was insured. The leader walked away, sat in truck for 30 minutes, then came back in to give me one more chance to accept his deal because he was calling MOOVERS to tell them that we were not packed nor ready to move so they were going on to the next job. I got upset and explained to him that we were ready and asked them to please get started. (By this time, they had been there an hour and a half and hadn't moved a thing.) He told me my only chance of moving that weekend would be to take his offer of moving on Sunday for $800 and he walked away. I then called MOOVERS and was placed on hold for a long time. When I was finally able to speak to someone, I explained what had happened and was placed on hold. About that time, the man on the truck got a phone call, the men closed up the truck and they drove away. I was left on hold with no movers. After 20 minutes, I called back. After waiting forever, when I finally got to speak with someone, I was told that I was a liar and the man who propositioned me had worked for them for a long time and would never do such a thing. I told them that the truck drove away leaving us high and dry and they informed us that the man's supervisor told him to leave because I was making up stories about them. How ridiculous! Fortunately, it took some doing, but I was able to get another company to come out and get started that afternoon moving us. About three hours after the MOOVERS truck left while I was waiting for the new company to arrive, I got a call from the supervisor at MOOVERS wanting to make me a deal. She was willing to send the men back for $1800. Is that wrong or what! I think we figured out who the third person was who was going to split the $800 on Sunday. Two days later, I called back to speak to the owner since he was a local kid, I thought he should know what was going on in his company and my daughter had gone to school with his sister. I ended up speaking to the owner's mother and I explained the whole story. I was told that it was hard to believe because the man who had propositioned me had been with the company for a long time, and the supervisor was the owner's right hand person. So, she was sure I wasn't telling the truth. UGH!

Good - crew was timely, efficient and professional

The move went great! The guys were punctual, very polite and did a great job hauling years of accumulated furniture. Some of the pieces were very heavy and awkward to move, but they didn't even blink. I was impressed! I chose to pay by the hour instead of the full day rate and they ended up right on time with how long I thought it would take. They were very professional and knowledgeable about how to pack the truck and protect our belongings so no damage occurred, and they pointed out items that were damaged before loading to make sure were aware. Once we arrived at the new house, they unloaded quickly and efficiently, making sure that each item was placed exactly where we wanted it. My toddler daughters were chatty and underfoot and the guys made sure to say a few words and give them lots of smiles, which the girls absolutely loved. Thank you Moovers!

I opted to use their flat rate charge for moving my 3rd floor apartment which came out to about $435. I was a little upset when the entire process only took 2 hours, which if I had been charged hourly, would have only come out to $330. On top of that I had 3 fairly light televisions (I had already bubble wrapped all of them) and a small space heater, but since they weren't on an itemized list that the movers were provided, they did not move them. As for the movers themselves, they were very quick and efficient. We did have a few minor scratches in the new entrance hallway, but a magic eraser cleaned that right up. TLDR - weigh your options of the hourly rate vs flat rate, and if you choose the flat rate option be sure to tell them EVERY SINGLE ITEM you want them to move.
