Amazing from the customer service to the workmanship. Steve from day one was very pleasant to work with. We had an unconventional carpet installation with gently used carpet. The install was amazing. You can’t see a single seam and would have no idea that there are a few pieces of carpet. We will definitely be hiring them to finish up the other areas in our home and recommend them for any other carpet needs!

I made an impulse purchase of two remnants, not even thinking through the process of actual carpet installation. Steve at Moore Carpet was able to get a team to my house the very next day! Excellent customer service and installation! I would recommend!

I had a non-typical carpet install on my stairway with carpet I had already purchased. Steve and Steven were more than patient and very willing to think outside the box to get the job done! Response from Angis list was about 10 min! And they were at my house 5 days later ready to install! Some challenges came up due to my stairs, we brainstormed some options, they took my carpet to someone they trust to cut and rebind it, came back out 3 days later and later the carpet- the finished product looks great! So happy with Moore Carpet⠦⠦.small business customer service canâ t be beat!!!

I had questions about prepping staircase for Hollywood wrap. Lowes carpet company would not answer any questions. Moore Carpet came out and looked at the project and told me what I needed to do. I was able to replace the tread and things turned out the way I wanted.

Steve helped me get the right price and his son installed it. My dog got out at one point, not there fault, and they chased him around the neighborhood and kept an eye on him while I came up from work so I could get him back into the yard. Over and above, it was HOT that day!
