The owner, Steve Moore worked within my limited budget to find solutions to my flooring needs. He kept in contact with me throughout the project and started the week after I hired him and his company. One example of the professionalism of his company is when he told me the under layment beneath the kitchen floor might have to be replaced. I thought this might be a ploy to make a few extra bucks. This was not the case, his sons (who did a majority of the work) showed me where the under layment was crumbling. They said that they would just fix the parts that were bad, and not the entire under layment. They saved me a lot of money. I would definitely use Moore Carpet again.

I actually had 2 projects. 1 to install carpet squares in family room, hall and closet. This project included working around and under large slate pool table. They did an excellent job, it looks great! Second project was to install new padding under existing carpeting in bedroom and large closet, and then restretch carpet. Excellent work, carpet looks almost new. Even did good job of reseaming between room and closet. Initial mixup in appointment time was quickly resolved and project was completed much faster than I would have ever thought possible. Would definitely use this company again.

Moore Carpet was great. Came out to show carpet samples on a weekend, even though this was a very small job. Installation happened within 3 business days of deciding on what carpet to get. Installer was nice, funny, and polite. Great job all around. Would hire again in the future.

Steve was a very good communicator, and he helped me find the right carpet for me, which balanced both my need for quality and for affordability. He worked with me throughout the entire process, and helped me keep costs down where he could, and generally gave me a very fair price on both materials and service.
