They were very quick and did a great job. I live out of town so wasnt able to be there for the work but they worked with me over the phone to make sure it gone done quickly and with good quality.

The service was so great that I ordered pizza for the whole crew that laid my new carpet! I HIGHLY recommend MOORE CARPET..

This is a GREAT company. We shopped around ��� I mean really shopped around. Went to all the big names in Kansas City area (you've seen their commercials), even called on that one company that has been around since I was a kid and has the fancy phone number jingle. We ended up coming back to Moore Carpet. Steve's prices were highly competitive, his quality superb and his sons installed our carpet fast and with great quality. This company is truly professional and reputable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to family and friends.

Steve was very polite to come to the house with samples and explain all the durability of all the carpet samples. He saw that we were having other contractors working on other projects that Steve offered to order the carpet before the ending date and store in his store until we were ready for delivery and laying. We feel he has gone the extra mile to make us happy. Steve also included putting in a landing at the front for no charge. Sounds great to us. We are happy with the offer.

These guys showed up the next day and did a supurb job at the price quoted. Even hauled off the old pad.

Our job was mis-estimated, and while they were pretty fair about it, it still cost ~25% over their estimate which we were not aware of until the morning of the install. The installers were very nice and professional and the carpet looks good.
