MONDAY & SON FENCE CO INC

We were given a nice sales pitch, felt like a family operation. The contractors completed the job and everything was fine for a few months until the fence started to lean. Mr. Monday's response was that it must be wind damage and his warranty doesn't cover that. The issue with the posts falling down had nothing to do with wind - several others confirmed there was not enough concrete holding the posts in the ground! We ended up paying someone to come out and dig new holes and add more cement. When he sold us the fence he also guaranteed that the posts would never bow or warp. I have two posts near the front that began to bow. When I called Mr. Monday about warranty service he informed me his crews were all too busy and that he'd get back to me when he could do the job. Bottom line - great salesman, terrible product and customer service. Beware.

For the door replacement I paid $200. All he did was attach a piece of plywood and nailed it on. The nails have gone through to the other side of the door. On the masonry job he showed up with one brick and began the work. I was extremely upset with the attempts at the job and asked him to leave the job site.
