The Pro got the job done right, BUT (in hind-sight) the price to get the job done is questionable. This particular company comes to your home and will remove items that you don't want to DONATE to families in need. I appreciate and applaud that. The issue I have is that I didn't "donate" junk. I had very nice pieces of furniture, one of which the mover's wife wanted, and was going to take home to her ( not to a family in need). I really didn't have a problem with that, but the problem I did have was being charged for the rental truck. I shouldn't have been charged for the rental or to move the chest (that was kept by the mover). A company that advertises moving should have their own truck. The customer shouldn't be charged for it. When a piece of furniture is kept by the mover, in the average way of thinking, the customer loses all the way around because they are being charged by the mover to keep a nice pieces of furniture for themselves. I don't agree with that.

This company has been professional to the T. I started out using them just to clean my units before move-in which was great. I got in a pinch with not having enough staff to trash a unit out and the supervisor was on property and offered to trash a unit and clean my unit when it was ready at a set price. That was a life savour AND saved me labor hours. Every since then I have used Monarch Cleaning KC for all of my needs on property from cleaning to general labor and all at a great price.

This Has got to be the most professional cleaning service I?ve used out of my 10 years of operating my business . Very nice attitude and dedication to every single detail , will be using this service again for my future events !
