Great electrician

Not only did they replace the electrical panel and smoke detectors, they educated us about safety and the amazing warranties with Mr Sparky. Our panel was in such bad shape that they literally saved our lives. This company is absolutely amazing. I want the company to know that Brad and Dustin are superior in all aspects of the services we received.

Electrical work may be on the expensive side but totally worth it!!! Giovanni put a new panel in for us and Kegan installed outdoor lighting where there wasn't any previously. Both were polite, knowledgeable, professional & personable. I am extremely satisfied with their hard work! I would & do highly recommend Mr. Sparky for all of your electrical needs.

John Taylor was exceptional. He was very respectful of my home. He took the time to take his footies off every time he went in and out and that was a lot. He made sure I was aware of what was going on with the job. I never had to ask. I really appreciated that. He cleaned up his mess that I honestly didn't see it was so small. People just don't clean up behind themselves these days. He left my home better than he found it. He even spoke to my youngin when he spoke to him. That really warmed my heart. As for as I'm concerned they can send him for every job. Thank you John Taylor for outstanding work and going above your job duties. God bless you!

Dustin was great. It wasn't inexpensive, but to get an electrician the same day was really worth it! He understood the solar and how it affected the house system. I've had a couple of different people work on the electrical and he was the most knowledgeable. I feel confident that my house won't burn down!

Terrible! I needed my ring doorbell repaired. They began looking in the basement for the transformer. I told them it was upstairs, in the wall behind the ring doorbell but they kept looking in basement. They then showed me to loose wires and said thats where the transformer was. I asked where was it now, then. I went upstairs and took off the bell and a faceplate. The new guy came up and I said could that be the transformer there. He agreed. They removed old transformer but did not have another, so off they went. Nearly 2 hours went by before the new guy returned. Attempting to install the new one it broke, off again. Put the second new one in but it did not work so off again he was going to but I suggested he take the doorbell with him. He said they could not hook it up a the supply store. I said hook the 2 output wires to the transformer, then just put the other 2 wires into and outlet. They did and came back and said it was the ring itself was bad. They told me to buy new ring and they had comeback Monday as 6 hours had elapsed. The told me, before they started to work that it would cost $440 after trying to sell me of contracts of $1600 and $900. I should have backed away then. The transformer can be purchased for under $20. They returned Mon. Installed the transformer but could not get the mounting plates on which I explained were not the right ones. Finally got it right after more than an hour. They had offered to program it for an additional $250. I said no and did it myself in less than 20 minutes. God was I stupid, do not you be. Should have and could have done it myself. As it was I had to guide them thru the ordeal

Justin the technician was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and up front about what was going on. Though he was extremely thorough he did not try to up sell me something I did not need. Plus Mr. Sparky worked me in same day. Great experience.
