Really nice guy, complete pro job.

Mr Sparky did a very good job. He explained what and why it was needed and how he would fix it. The only thing is the cost. This is something I could have fixed myself however I do not like messing with electricity. He was expensive.

They did a good job explaining the work that needed to be done and did it. The tech cleaned up very nicely and hauled off old electrical box .

This gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me identify what the problems were and was successful at helping me solved them.

I am very in the middle on this review. The technician who finally came to do the work, did a fine job. He did not say much but everything he did seems to be spot on. Everything else however was problematic for me. The person who came to do the bid, did a major up sell which I agreed to thinking it was a good deal at the time. He scheduled me for the following week. Said he would try to be there early, 8am with a second tech. In and out in 1.5 hrs. Perfect. I called at 10:15 to see status. In next hour talked to 3 different ladies (all very nice) but got 3 different stories as to why no one had come. When bidding the job the tech made a bold statement about being late and if they were that the customer is compensated for their time. I was not offered this. I also had a change in the quote, my high flood lights - I bought bulbs to swap instead of replacing the entire unit. I expected this to lower the price for that 1 piece of work. 143 for changing 2 light bulbs is pretty high. The tech did offer an alternative solution in my bedroom with a wireless smoke detector to lower the install height, said no difference on that either. Idk. I am happy all my things are working but not overly happy with everything else that came with it. I did get some issues resolved though on the initial visit though due to knowledge, do not want to leave that out. The texts that come also gave an 8 hr window instead of 2, I do think this needs to be fixed, 8 hr window not acceptable tech gives you a 2 hr one.

We thought we had a simple issue and they uncovered a bigger safety concern. They did a great job on educating us on what needed to be done. We scheduled a date for the work to be completed but before that date we had a power outage. They responded quickly and took excellent care of our home and family!

EXCELLENT communication - before, during and after the project. PROMPT service - on time - when promised. REASONABLE pricing. COURTEOUS, professional service persons - both from the appointment setting persons on the phone AND the skilled electrician who does the work. Clean, uniformed, professional appearance. Warranty on work performed. I could not be more pleased with the work I had done today. (Ceiling lighting fixture installed where no pre-existing wiring was in place). Highly recommend Mario!

Brian was the best electrician that I have ever experienced. Anything and everything electrical I will be calling and requesting him to come out. I also grabbed many of his business cards to pass out to members of my Masonic Lodge and posted on Facebook as well. He deserves to be paid at whatever the highest rate that Mr. Sparky pays. He is definitely the go to guy.
