I LOVE LOVE LOVE that Mister Sparky sends an ETA, photo and mini-dossier of the technician coming to my house! I know exactly who to expect and when! The technician who came out was fast and professional!

RJ gave me a quote up front and installed a 30 amp outlet for an RV I was buying.

Repair work after a lightning strike did rather severe damage to wiring in my barn. Repair work in the barn went well. A grounding rod needed to be installed at the house...Being familiar with electrical work myself, I would have preferred a neater dressing of the connecting grounding wire inside the house running to the circuit breaker panel. Otherwise OK. I'm not familiar with the "going rate" for electrical work, but the price vs time and materials seemed a bit high to me. On the other hand, like with any business there are costs such as vehicle maintenance, taxes, insurance, etc etc, that the customer doesn't see.

I hired had Ryan come over fix our doorbell, Ryan was looking at the Fire Alarms and Smoke Dectors and said that he could fix the GFI's also, I was charged for a $99 for a membership fee, even though I told them I did not want to be a member all I wanted was my doorbell repaired

Seth was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone. He was knowledgeable and fast and took the time to explain to my husband what he was doing and why (probably because my husband asked but he was super helpful). The quality of work was awesome and RJ had to come help him finish the job (They rewired our whole house basically) and they were both very efficient and helpful. Even put up with 2 annoying kids trying to scare them. We will keep using them for any Electrician needs we come across!

I'm very happy that I found Mr Sparky. They were on time and went right to work checking the problems. They quoted me a price that was extremely fair,pleasant natured, and very neat. They cleaned up their mess and were in and on their way to in approximately 1 hr. I will be using them again to handle any problems like this again. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants good, dependable, and more than fair priced work.

RJ the electrician was fantastic. His main concern was the safety of my family. He checked out spots that we should keep in mind. He made us all feel safe after fixing the outlet that heated up.

Great job on the install, following up on the appointment and materials. That being said the job was 66% higher than what home advisor gave me as a range. That could have been my fault as I did not specify the type of outlet I need installed was for a dryer.
