Went above and beyond what was expected..

Very honest assessment of what I should upgrade for electrical panel replacement. Gave me options without a sales pitch to upgrade to latest and greatest. Pricing was in line with other quotes I received but they won my business because we had more of a conversation around what I actually needed for my specific home. I would recommend getting at least a quote from them.

They spotted electrical issues that were safety and code issues. Explained everything and made a great bid. Got the work done in 1 day. Used 2 teams to get it all done in one day!

Nicholas is awesome

Matt did an excellent job reinstalling some fans that were coming out of my ceiling and doing some repair work. Also on the fans replace, replacing the pool chain switch on each one of them. Is very courteous and professional. He was out of my house in less than two hours, installing two fans and taken down the old ones and install them to pass.

They quoted us a price and said it would be that guaranteed, but then halfway through the project said it would be more. Not good. I complained to their manager later and they ended up giving me the quoted price but still.

Mr. Sparky has a aggressive sales pitch that I wasn't prepared for. I just needed my switches rewired. Mr. Sparky charged appox. 200.00 for that service.

Knowledgeable, professional, on time, explained everything to me prior to starting the work, and after completing the work. A bit higher priced than I thought being in this area. But worth immediate service. They also provide a military and a disabled military discount.

Today's visit was for my annual electrical inspection on the whole house rewire Mr. Sparkey did two years ago. Smoke detecters, surge protector and numerous outlets and toggle switches check. He gave me a written evealuation; nothing pressing but things on the horizon. AND HE CLEANED MY CEILING FANS! All for a VERY reasonable $99.00.

James was outstanding! It was not a routine service call because of old technology in our home. James was very knowledgeable, and also a good representative of your company and a pleasant person to work with. In the future he is my go-to guy. Thanks for an exceptional experience.

tried to sell me upgrades for electrical box on a brand new build and claimed my outlets were going to be afire hazard in 5 years or so. thought he was just putting things out there to see if gullible enough to buy.
