Good work but felt a little on the pricey side

Quick and on time...

The company promptly replied to my HomeAdvisor request and work was quickly scheduled. Brian, the supervisor, did a great job of explaining what was needed and providing advice to increase safety. Bradley did great work - courteous, hard-working, and very careful to minimize mess and disruption in my house.

He arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection of my light switch in the bathroom and light switch in the living room and the outlets causing flickering. He explained my problem which I could understand. He also did a visual inspection of my smoke detectors, GFIs, and electrical panel. My electrical panel was over 22 years old and he explained that the panels usually needed to be upgraded to changing codes and I might want to think about having the job done in the near future. He gave me several options and due to money constraints, I chose the option that took care of my immediate problems. He didn't try to sell me anything, he just provided me options which I will keep in mind. I enjoyed talking to him as he worked and he did an excellent job. It took about a couple of hours to complete. This summer, if the economy is okay, I might be calling Mister Sparky again to get my panel replaced and the rest of the plugs updated.

On time very professional

Two Mr. Sparky workers will come to your door. One is the salesman and one is the worker. The salesman will try to sell you the Power Plan and a Home Surge Protector. All I wanted was the work done that I called them for. When you tell them No on the additional items they try to sell you, they don't get mad or the work has less quality. You just have to stand your ground and not fall for the additional plans.

I did not have to wait . He arrived 15 minutes into a 2 hour time frame. Very pleasant, efficient and neat. ð ð ð

He worked very fast and was very knowledgeable of electrical work.

They have real knowledgeable guys and they take the time to listen to you and see exactly what you want I had a great experience with them and I will use them again and again and again in the future

He was very helpful real kind and real understanding and knowledgeable about his job. He will always be my guy Dustin will be my guy from here on out when I need some electrical work done throughout home.

The technician was pushy to sell other services and waisted time without fixing the main required job that he was hired to do. He lied to me insisting that he did reset the smoke detector which is in high ceiling about 20. It went off again few hours after he left.

Rj was great. He explained everything clearly, finished the job quickly & kept me apprised of any changes in the schedule.

Stephen provided excellent customer service! Heâ s friendly and a hard worker. He was very knowledgeable about the task at hand. This service texts you an image of the electrician and their ETA. follow up was constant and clear communication was given. Over we were very happy with the service and would hire again!

Mr. Scott was very helpful in explaining the safest and most effective way to handle this project. He explained and answered all/any questions I had about it. I felt very comfortable hiring this company and working with this gentleman. Because of working with a budget, I had to get some done now and the rest of my outlets done later. I appreciate the time and effort this company put forth for its clients.

Mr. Dustin Hays arrived on time as scheduled. He was very professional, friendly, and above all knowledgable about the work i needed. I stopped him several times to ask questioons so i could understand different parts he was doing and he was very informative and did not seem to mind explaining things. He was very neat and cleaned up any debris. I will most definitely request him in the future for any projects needed. Thank you Dustin from a very satisfied customer.

They were polite, pleasant and informative from the very first call. They were upfront with cost of service call and provided detailed estimate with a 5 year warranty of all work. They showed up on time did the job very efficiently and left no mess. They were upfront with what was needed and even customized estimate by prioritizing what work was a must and what could wait if you couldnâ t afford all the work at once and they offered 6 months 0% financing. They assured you were satisfied with work even after payment.

RJ did an outstanding job of making sure I was taken care of. I am a new homeowner and he made sure to explain the ends and outs of the electrical system, which I appreciated. He installed the outlet I requested, took care of some faulty wiring leftover by the previous owner, wired and installed seven smoke detectors, and flipped a couple of switches that were not installed properly 20 years ago. The only downside was not having enough funds to take care of the other issues that he found with the house wiring (whole home surge protector and new outlets and switches just to name a few). I imagine Mister Sparky has other service techs like RJ as they appear to hold high standards for their team members, which RJ excemplified. I will be doing business with Mister Sparky again.

I worked with Scott Powell to which he was professional, knowledgeable, and performed very skillful work. I would recommend them to anyone!

Friendly knowledgeable staff

Great work and service. The only thing was that I did not receive a 15% discount from them by finding them through Home Advisor so I don't know why Home Advisor says I would get a discount when infact I did not.

The gentlemen were nice and thorough but the pricing and upselling were obnoxious. I asked them to add a dimmer and change a couple light fixtures and they were trying to add all kinds of huge electrical home surge protectors and other unnecessary items. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. The pricing to do what I wanted to do was very high but I did not want to have to go through the process of hiring someone else and waiting so I bit the bullet on those items. I would never hire Mister Sparky again.

Havenâ  t hired an electrician for a long time so, I was a little surprised at the price.
