Midwest Mudjacking

He needs to come back now and do some more back filling. It took about fifteen minutes to due the work and I am not sure if he did a good job. I have tried to reach him since May. I received one call back in July and he said he'd be back in July, but I have not heard back from him. I was given a ten year warranty on the work and need to use that now. I have filed complaints with both the Kansas and Missouri Attorney Generals and will be filing a complaint tomorrow with the BBB.

We bought a new house and were told the work had a 10 year warranty and that it was fully transferable. Initial work was completed and within 6 months it all needs to be done again. We have called several times & left several messages & even sent messages to the owner. We have not received any calls back and for this company to say they have a 10 year warranty is a joke & they don't even bother to return calls or answer the phone. This is by far the worst person & company I have ever dealt with (or attempted to anyways) and now we will be out the money for a good reputable company to come out and fix their major screw up!

We had Midwest Mudjacking out to our house last summer to work on our garage area. During the drought a portion of our garage floor had developed a hole and brought our attention to the fact that our entire foundation had developed a void underneath it which was causing the foundation to sink and crack around the rebar. Midwest was priced very well and was able to get to our project very quickly. About a year later we located another area under our garage that the fill had not made it into and when we called Midwest they were super fast to come out and fill in the additional area no problems. Would totally recommend Midwest.
