Description of Work: I had problems with my basement leaking for years. Finally I do not fear more than an inch of rain at a time. My basement as stayed dry where it was repaired.

Description of Work: He did some foundation work. He put in some high beams and a sump pump. I requested a backup sump pump. He did some grading. He checked my gutters.
