+ -1 moreOwner never came out to check work. Floor grout cracked several times. Grout behind counter is still cracked and has crumbled having pieces come out. Nail holes not filled in. Asked if they would make a corner cabinet where cold air from the garage would not come in, said they would take care of it, but didn't. I had removed entire contents of kitchen, removed wall paper, scraped up 3 layers of flooring, said he would take off money for doing that, but didn't. The counter top wasn't one piece, cut and added a 2 foot section which looks horrible. A big chip was found out of counter top near sink, when I told them, a worker went to Nuts and Bolts and bought a tube of silicone and patched it. I was disappointed after spending so much money. The cabinet makers did a good job.

+ -1 moreThe workmanship was very good but we had problems with scheduled appointments. We scheduled an initial meeting but no one knew about it when we arrived. They scheduled a delivery date without telling us about it then rescheduled but changed it at the last minute. When I talked to Bob, the owner, about the problem he was very rude, insulting, condescending, patronizing, chauvinistic, and unprofessional.We were planning to have them do more cabinet work for us but now we will find another, more polite and respectful, company with which to do business.
Description of Work: We had the company build us a kitchen island.

+ 2 moreThe quality of the cabinet maker was very good. I get lots of compliments. . The installer of the cabinets was also good. The cabinet maker I recommend. I do not recommend their subcontractor that did my remodeling.

Description of Work: They remodeled my entire kitchen. They tore out the old kitchen and they put in new cabinets, appliances, wood flooring, etc.
