MARY'S CLEANING

The cleaning itself was very good and thorough, and I trusted Mary and her crew absolutely. The organization and scheduling was pretty shaky, though. They ended up staying an hour or two longer than they expected, so I was hit up for more money, which I didn't appreciate. My house didn't get any larger or dirtier from when they did the original estimate. The second cleaning I scheduled the day before my house was to be in a homes tour, and they said they'd call an hour before they would arrive. They never called. I left several messages asking when they'd be there, and at 5pm I finally gave up, skipped my plans that night and cleaned myself. They showed up around 7pm and I turned them away.

They are wonderful! Very thorough cleaning, and do stuff that the big chain house cleaners won't do: Wet mop and scrub kitchen floors until they sparkle, special requests, even cleaned our windows for for free once in spring when we requested it. They are very trustworthy, and Mary cleans the kitchen herself every time they come out. We love this family-owned company!!

The first time Mary and her crew came to clean my house it was $115.00. The regular price she charges me is $70.00 per cleaning. Her crew is mainly Spanish speaking, but seem to be able to understand what I need to have done even though I speak limited Spanish. My home is cleaned very well each time they come. When I have had to reschedule my regular day (Friday) it has been very easy to do. Marys husband, David, does the scheduling and is always available by his cell phone.

I would not recommend them. They were not prompt and did not come when they said they would. They were 30 minutes late the first time, but they did apologize. The next time, they called the day off and said they couldn't come until that afternoon. That didn't work for me, so I never called them again.

They do a wonderful job, down to the smallest detail. Very good customer service. Weve been using them for a few months now, and are very happy. I also like that they are flexible to our needs - if we need a time/date changed, or if we want a "deep cleaning" instead of the regular cleaning - they are always flexible.

Take it from a former Marine. Davids crew cleans your house thoroughly. They are considerably better than any other cleaning service we have used.

They are fast and efficient. They are always here when they say they will be. They are very punctual. The owner, David Delgado (husband of Mary) has a cell phone, and he calls me back very shortly after I call. Their price is very fair, since my place is packed with glassware. Price is $50 per appointment, and they always finish in about an hour. Mr. Delgado always brings 2 girls and the equipment, and then he comes back to pick them up. My kitchen cabinets are wood, and they always go over them with furniture polish. They are always thorough about everything. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mary and David provided a free estimate. Mary returned at the agreed date and time with additional employees and cleaned our house to perfection. We are now hiring them twice a month.

They were very polite, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job, and I will hire them again to clean another home I own. I had used them several years ago to clean my garage, and lost contact with them. When I subscribed to Angie's List, I was delighted to find that they were still in business. They are friendly, extremely competent, and pleasant to do business with!

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MARY'S CLEANING. OPENED MY DOOR THAT EVENING AND WAS MET WITH A GREAT CLEAN SCENT AND BEAUTIFUL HARDWOODS. I WILL DEFINITELY GIVE THEM A CALL AGAIN. THERE WAS SOME DIFFICULTY IN GETTING TOGETHER WITH DAVID WHO WAS TO PREVIEW THE HOUSE TO SEE WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME ON A FRIDAY EVENING AND DID NOT SHOW UP BUT LEFT A MESSAGE LATER. THEN HE WAS GOING TO COME ON MONDAY NIGHT BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN BUT TALKED TO MARY ON THE PHONE THE DAY OF THE JOB. ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS 190.00 BUT MARY WAS HAPPY TO WORK WITH ME ON PRICE AND WE REACHED THE 100.00 AMOUNT WITHOUT A HASSLE. THE CREW WAS PRETTY LATE IN GETTING THERE IT WAS TO HAVE BEEN AROUND 11:00 BUT THEY CAME AT 2:00.(THEY MAY HAVE BEEN WORKING ME INTO A BUSY SCHEDULE). MARY SHOWS UP WITH A CREW SO THEY CAN ACCOMPLISH QUITE A BIT IN A SHORTER AMOUNT OF TIME.

WE HAD A MIX-UP ON THE FIRST DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME, AND THEY DID NOT SHOW UP, BUT THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC (MISTAKES CAN HAPPEN)! OTHERWISE, THEY WERE VERY POLITE, FAST, AND EFFICIENT. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING WELL, AND THE HOUSE LOOKS AND SMELLS WONDERFUL. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND TRUST THAT THE SCHEDULING WILL BE EASIER FROM NOW ON (THEY WILL BE COMING EVERY TWO WEEKS).

ALL WERE ON TIME, PLEASANT AND NICE TO WORK WITH. THEY HELPED ME UNPACK BOXES THAT WERE IN STORAGE, CLEAN 3 FULL FLOORS 5 PEOPLE WORKED ALL DAY ON MY HOUSE. 4 BATHROOMS 5 BEDROOMS. SCRUBBED ALL THE FLOORS, EVERYTHING! CLEANING BASEBOARDS. EVERYWHERE. BATHROOMS ARE SPOTLESS. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. THIS WAS A HARD JOB AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

MARY'S WAS ON TIME AND DID AN OKAY JOB. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING ON SHORT NOTICE AND THEIR PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES. DAVID AND THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS VERY ACCOMMODATING. WE'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR A WHILE NOW AND AT FIRST THEIR CLEANING WAS VERY GOOD. THE HOUSE SMELLED WONDERFUL AND THE ROOMS SPARKLED. LATELY, HOWEVER, IT'S NOT BEEN AS THOROUGH.

MY HOUSE WAS BADLY IN NEED OF DEEP CLEANING. I GULPED TWICE WHEN I HEARD THE PRICE, BUT ON REFLECTION, THOUGHT IT WAS FAIR FOR THE WORK DONE. THE CREW OF THREE PEOPLE WORKED HARD AND GOT INTO CORNERS THAT I WOULDN'T HAVE THOUGHT TO SPECIFICALLY ASK THEM TO DO. I WILL HAVE THEM RETURN FOR REGULAR CLEANING SO THINGS AREN'T IN SUCH BAD SHAPE THE NEXT TIME.

THEY DO AN OUTSTANDING, VERY THOROUGH, DETAILED JOB. THEY ARE PROMPT AND POLITE. OUR NEIGHBORS HAVE ALSO STARTED USING THEM.

VERY GOOD SERVICE AND I AM QUITE HAPPY I FOUND THEM.
