 + -1 moreMike started on time as promised and had decent communication. The project took a little longer than anticipated because of bad weather but his guys did a good job anyway.
Description of Work: Mike did a good job on my shop foundation. He had all the equipment including bobcat, backhoe and dump truck himself and didn't have to use subcontractors or rent machinery.

 + -1 moreThey have not started any work yet but will be shortly. We are in constant contact with the owner. He is keeping us up to date on getting the materials coming in and everything. They are fairly priced. They are good and keep us up to date on things. They were prompt in getting the materials over here. They are helping us pick certain things out.

 + 0 moreMike is busy but usually answers his phone, returns calls within a day or leaves a message stating he's out of town and when he'll be back. He was very conscientious of what I wanted (no corners, just curves). If I had a request that couldn't be done he got right to the point as to why. When any unexpected problems arose he was upfront as to what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was trustworthy to where I was comfortable leaving my basement unlocked while I was away.
Description of Work: Excavated behind my house, poured footings, floor and walls for 22x22 garage, waterproofed foundation, backfilled, hauled off extra materials, poured 14 ft retaining wall, dug trench drain in front of garage, poured 2 driveways and cut through stone wall for doorway from existing basement to new garage.
