Loftins Remodeling

It didn't. Came to my house and we went over the work that needed to be performed. I thought he would do an excellent job. Before he left he said he would work up an estimate/proposal and have it to me by Monday. (we met on Sat prior). Monday came and went. The week came and went. In the meantime, one side of my house has damaged wood siding and it's pouring down every other night. I was in a bad spot and Steve knew I was stressed. Then, I contacted him and he promised another date for the estimate and I'm just waiting to hear from him. Again, the date came and went. Nothing. I finally hired another contractor.

The project went smoothly. Steve listened to what we wanted, provided excellent suggestions and an all-inclusive estimate. Some of the fixtures we initially selected were not locally available, so Steve helped us select quality alternates within the estimated cost. We have been very happy with all the products selected. Steve coordinated procurement and worked with us on the timing of the work, so that we always had at least one fully usable bathroom. I was stripping walpaper and repainting in concert with his work. He made allowance for the time I would need to complete my work at various stages in the process and helped with incidental patching and finishing. Steve and his helpers were always courteous and careful in our house. We were very pleased with the cost, workmanship and the level of communication throughout the project.

Excellent! Steve did an awesome job. We even went out of town while he stained. We have had tons of compliments and could not be more pleased with his expert workmanship, pleasant personality & doing everything he could to ensure customer satisfaction.
