Loftins Remodeling

Steve and his crew did a impeccable job. I had him remove an old spiral staircase take out a wall and remove old carpet. He then put in a beautiful stairwell and hardwood floors that match perfectly with the existing hard woods. Can't say enough good about his work. It did take a little longer than he expected but he kept me upto date all along. I would highly recommend him for all your home remodeling projects.

They were thorough and realistic about what needed to be done. They were clear regarding what they would do. Steve explained it well and put it in writing. The work was quality work with explanations of what they were doing. They answered any questions I had as they were working. I'm very comfortable with the quality of the final product.
