Description of Work: They did leaf removal. I did not ask them to do the backyard because I did not want to leave the gate unlocked all day and I hadn't poop scooped from the dogs but they still charged me above their normal price claiming they did "extra" work. Their online automated payment system sent me multiple messages saying I had not paid and my account was being cancelled even though I prepaid.
