Very timely and great communication skills. Very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I had 2 very special lamps that were knocked to the ground and broken. I was told by another local lamp repair shop that they should just be thrown away because they couldn't be fixed. Pam repaired the lamps and restored them to practically new condition. Everything was rebuilt and rewired. She got the repairs done quickly and asked through the process what I wanted and if I wanted to choose one type of repair over another. Pam is the best! I will use her services again without hesitation.

Description of Work: I purchased a pair of lamps at & auction that were a wreck but I loved the look. Pam rewired, repaired & polished brass bases, tighten sockets, polished the porcelain, help me chose shades that perfectly brought out the design along with a pair finials. They are gorgeous! I now have a pair of vintage lamps that have a modern look worth well over $250 with less than $100 invested. She restored them in less than 4 hours

I am sorry I did not find Lampworks sooner. Repairs were done with great expertise in a very timely manner. I left the pendent lamp for only 3 days and then the repair on the lamp took about 30 minutes while I waited. After the repair I was shown a number of very nice lampshades and selected on that I just love. Do not be deterred by the address, it is easy to find once you have been given directions. I would recommend Lampworks Gallery to anyone needing shades, finials, or lamp repair.
Description of Work: Successfully repaired a pendent light and then quickly replaced the light socket and wire in a lamp. Also helped me select the perfect lamp shade for that lamp.

While searching the internet for a local business that could repair lamps, we found this place and called just before their closing time on Saturday. The owner, Pam Miller told us to bring in our lamp, she would wait for us to arrive. She was able to tell us what the problem was, and within a week, the lamp had a new rheostat and was working perfectly. The charge was $20! It's nice to find a place in the Northland that can do this kind of repair. They also have a nice showroom of new lighting, and I'd bet the service is very good for new buyers too.
