 + -1 moreKyle completed repairs to the stucco on our tudor home in Waldo. He stated that at least one of the areas was worse than he expected, but he stuck to his estimated charge. His response and work was timely and competitively priced.

 + -1 moreHis estimate for the first part of the job was around $700 but he only charged us $500. His etimate for the second part of the job was $900 but he only charged us $700. We, of course, were extremely pleased with his workmanship and the amount we paid. In addition, he always showed up when he said he would and he cleaned the work area perfectly when he left. Everything about his work was professional and we would recommend him without hesitation.
Description of Work: Kyle applied stucco to three sides of our six-sided house the first time and it went so well and looked so good we asked him to do the other three sides. He worked alone and carefully applied the new stucco to the existing old and missing stucco. Kyle matched the existing stucco job perfectly; you couldn't tell where he patched anything and when it was finished, it looked like a totally new house. Matching existing stucco takes an artist's eye and the job Kyle did for us reflects that.

 + -1 moreThe work was completed over a 3-day period. The first day he was here about 1 hour to install lath; the second day he installed the stucco base; the third day he put on the final coat. Kyle did a great job matching the texture of the existing stucco.
Description of Work: Kyle repaired existing stucco following repair of wood rot (about 40'x2'), & 3 other small areas where existing the stucco had fallen off.

 + -1 moreKyle did the work as scheduled and ultimately charged $200 less than his estimate. He consulted us about removing trim boards that crossed through the repaired area. The work took about 2 days total and was done as quickly as possible given weather conditions.
Description of Work: Repaired 2 approx. 4'x4' areas prior to house being painted. Both areas were bulging and in located in a protected nook on house built in 1949.
