The termite inspection was pretty standard. As for the spider treatment, their treatment didn't have the impact that I'd have hoped. It seemed to make a dent in the problem, but did not eradicate it completely. Once the weather turned cooler, the spider problem dissipated.
Description of Work: Keller was used years ago when our home was treated for termites, before we moved in, and we renew the warranty with them each year. This year we also had them spray for spiders.

I took over the company in 2007 so this treatment was done prior to the new ownership. I am strongly commited to quality service and customer satisfaction. If we had been notified of any concerns by [Member Name Removed]. We would have been willing to have tried to resolve any concerns. By doing an additional service at no cost to [Member Name Removed]. Unfortunately I was never contacted by him to address any issues.
