Description of Work: Installed new 3 piece tub assembly. Replaced three shut off valves and installed two new faucet assemblies. The job required a plumber and apprentice to work about 15 man hours each, 30 total man hours. I supplied the faucets but the shower and shut off valves were included in price.

Description of Work: A wood cabinet was removed from a corner of the living room. The drywall was repaired, the chair rail, crown moulding, and base moulding was replaced. It looks great. All work was per the contract estimate. He was punctual, courteous,extremely neat and the work is exceptional.

 + -1 moreIt took about a week for the estimate to arrive. By this time I had hired another Company who delivered their estimate on the first day. When the estimate arrived it was incomplete, leaving out some of the rooms to be painted, making me wonder about their attention to detail.
Description of Work: Asked them to quote on painting the living room, hall, and 3 bed room walls. Also to fix the kitchen ceiling drywall and paint. They showed up to do the estimate on time.

THE WORK WAS BEAUTIFULLY DONE, AND EVEN THOUGH SOME OF THE WINDOWS HAD TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED TO REACH THE WOOD ROT - THERE WAS NO MESS. NOT THE LOWEST BID - BUT WELL WORTH THE PRICE DIFFERENCE. WE ALSO HAD INTERIOR WORK DONE - AND WERE PLEASED WITH THAT AS WELL.
