I felt this is a very unprofessional company,especially when they confirmed the appt earlier that same day!!! However,looking at Angie's List reviews of this company from other reviewers after I made this appt,I guess I really shouldn't have been surprised because I guess they have done this to other people before me!!!! I'm very disappointed with this company and will never use them or recommend them to anyone!!! Guess I'll be taking my business to their competition!!!

I contacted this provider for a design and quote on a master bedroom closet, hallway closet, and office. The gentleman came to the house on the date and time scheduled and was very nice and professional. He took measurements and told me that he would get back to me in 1-2 weeks. After a month passed, I called him and he said that he was very sorry that he did not get back to me and admitted that it was very bad that I had to call him asking about the design and quote document. He then said that he would contact me before the end of the week. That was a month ago. It is too bad that they were unresponsive because I was initially impressed and was looking forward to having the work done. It looks like I will have to find another provider.

I made an appointment and 30 minutes before my appointment Kelly called and said her car wouldn't start could we reschedule ? I said definitely. She said she would call the next day to check schedules, and I never heard back from her, or anyone else from the company. That was two weeks ago? Very disappointing.

Excellent A little slow in getting initial estimate for work, but overall easy and friendly to Work with. Excellent end results

They designed and installed it. It looks amazing and the experience was totally perfect.

No problems at all. Deb and Bill were easy to work with, efficient, and stood by their product. Any scheduling or installation hiccups that may have occurred were not their fault, but related to the general contractor. It was nice to hire and work with a local company whose representatives were competent and had a vested interest in their reputation and the community with which they lived. Would work with/recommend or hire again.

Great experience. This company prides itself on customer service, and it is definitely their competitive edge. Chris made short notice appointment at our convenience and designed systems that make our closets seem twice as big, then worked with us to find the optimum time for installation. Even called the day before to make sure time and date was still convenient. Installer Jeff was professional and efficient, despite the fact he was working with a broken finger. Previously overflowing closets are now organized and tidy and look fabulous!

My sales person was always prompt on her three visits, as was the gentleman who dismantled and later put in our new pantry. A very professional company. Follow up phone calls were made to make sure I was happy with everything that had been done.
