Junk King Kansas City

A+ experience. I contacted Junk King by email late on a Sunday night. They responded early the next day and by the time I got home on Monday everything was gone. It was easy and professional. I will use them again.

I called Junk King to set up a pick-up and they were able to come in just a matter of 2 days. They called before hand to see if they could come early, which they did. They were punctual, identified themselves and very professional and personable. They removed all my "junk" and made sure that everything I wanted gone was on the truck. I was given an itemized statement and a bag of cookies! What a nice treat and great touch. They were very fast and thorough. I will definitely use them again!

I purchased the Angie's List deal, then phoned the company and scheduled an appointment. The appointment was for the next day or two, and they had no problem fitting us in their schedule. The two gentlemen arrived on time and quickly got to work. We had a large amount of trash and furniture to get rid of due to the sale of the house. They were very polite, good humored and refused to let my mom or I help in any way other than pointing to what needed to go! Fantastic experience - I would recommend this company to anyone who needed stuff hauled away! And they recycle/donate as much as possible, which is an added bonus in my book!

They were great. They came on time. Gave us an estimate and loaded it all up. Even swept the area where the junk was stored.

On October 31st Eddie and his co-worker from Junk King showed up to remove some old fencing of mine. The job looked pretty big and over the estimate that I had figured. Eddie stepped up and said he would look things over as they began and see what they could do. He was able to get the whole thing done for the Angie's coupon deal I had purchased. Eddie and his co-worker did an Outstanding Job and I could not be more pleased with their professionalism, courtesy, and demeanor! They are a truly wonderful guys and I WILL use their services again! These guys are rock stars and really did a wonderful job!!!!! If you have stuff to get rid of use them and you will be more than pleased. I wish every company went out of their way like these guys. Junk-King, with a truck and two workers, arrived early. They measured the load to be removed and gave me an estimate within 5 minutes. I felt the price was very reasonable, so I asked them when they could remove the old household items. They replied that they could remove it all immediately or could come back another day, even on a Saturday if I wanted. They were willing to do whatever worked best for me. I had them remove the junk immediately. They moved several large heavy items from the basement, one from the second floor and the remainder from the pile I had ready for them. They were finished in about 45 minutes. They were able to accept cash, check or debit/credit cards. Both men worked quickly were courteous and polite. I would definately use them again.

I was very grateful for the e-mail and phone confirmations. Eric and Justin were very personable but professional in removing the unwanted items. I also appreciated the sweep out of the garage but mostly the chocolate chip cookies provided at the end!! I did not take the time to compare prices so wasn't sure what to expect in terms of cost. The first quote took me by surprise, however, but Eric was willing to work with me on the cost. Overall, a good experience.

Hired Junk King on a Angie's list buy now deal. Received a response very quickly, and was impressed with the professionalism and flexibility. I had to change the appointment on short notice, and they were very accommodating. They were on time - even called to see if they could come a bit early. (Yeah!) They worked quickly, and I was very satisfied. My only minor complaint was it wasn't clear how much the coupon covered and how much I would need to pay above and beyond the coupon price. Still the final price was very fair and I would recommend them without reservation.

I was VERY impressed with their professionalism.They made sure that I had a thorough understanding of how the charges were determined. They also explained that any furniture even if damaged would be donated to a youth shelter where they would repair it as part of their work program. They cleaned my driveway afterwards and left no evidence that there had ever been a pile of junk there I will absolutely use them again in the future.

The folks are exceptional!!! Had them help me with my garage and basement 'decluttering' on July 30 and Aug 4. Same crew both days. They work hard, are professional, friendly and amazing. I could not have been happier. In a total of 5 hours they helped me accomplish what it would have taken me a month to do. And they must have made 60+ trips up and down my basement stairs. Not one complaint about the work or the heat (100 both days!) I would recommend and use them again in an instant but they were so good that the job is done! Nice to work with a company that isn't afraid of some hard work and delivers on their promises.

Truck arrived within the one hour window. 3 guys were friendly and immediately got to work. Everything done in 15-20 minutes. Great service.

Two men arrived right on time. They were very professional and courteous, and worked quickly and carefully. Added plus: they left fresh cookies.

They were professional and prompt. The price was very reasonable for the amount of stuff I had removed. They cleaned up after themselves very well and it was an overall great experience. It was very nice to deal with a company that actually cared about service!

These guys ROCK. #thatisall :D I hired Eddie and Austin to come out and help me clear out our basement and garage so I could then clean and reorganize everything into a nicer work space. They were on time, the PRICE they quoted was (!!!) unbelievably, ridiculously reasonable (a rarity nowadays), they hauled everything, even swept up after they were finished, and the piece-de-resistance, gave us a bag of Otis Spunkmeyer cookies as a parting gift. I was floored. Seriously? People really offer this kind of unparalleled, caring customer service in THIS day and age? :) Apparently, all hope is not lost--Junk King delivers, and with a smile, a joke, and good nature. They wore booties into our home so as not to track dust (which my allergies appreciated), and, for the job they did, were incredibly clean throughout! Nothing out of place; it looks even better than when they started! :) They are incredibly green, which is why I hired them---they recycle, upcycle, or repurpose everything they take in. It takes a considerable amount of effort to do so, I imagine, and I support their effforts 100 per cent. Amazing to find a junk removal company that actually DOESN'T like landfills! :) I tipped them 20 bucks extra--they more than deserved it and I will recommend them highly to anyone who asks.

They responded instantly to my inquiry and from start to finish. They were very professional. I got $30 off for signing upon line that I really appreciated. They worked fast and even swept after the job was completed. Loved that I was handled a big of fresh copies and nice pen with this form. I love that fact that they re-cycle the materials they can.

The servicemen from Junk King of Kansas City always show up on time and they do all of the physical lifting and labor. They are very strong so even if I have bulky and heavy piles them can lift and take them away.

I called Junk King on Friday, March 23 and asked if they could haul off the concrete. They gave me an estimated time that they could stop by on Saturday, March 24. On Saturday, they called in advance of stopping by - just as they said they would, and then they showed up on time. The three workers were very friendly, professional and quick. They even give you a bag of cookies when they're done. When they were done, you couldn't even tell there had been a pile of broken up concrete in my yard. They did a great job. I'd hire them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The guys called to tell me they were running a little late, which I really appreciated. Upon their arrival, I was greeted very professionally, and they went right to work getting the piano and mattress set out. I had also called earlier to let them know I was adding a few smaller items to the load, which they also loaded onto the truck. They were very nice and very professional. I will definitely use them again!
