They showed up exactly when they'd promised. They were very professional: they clearly explained the charges, then just pitched in and carried everything to the truck. Piece of cake! And speaking of dessert, they left behind a small bag of very good cookies. :)I spent 109, but that was with a 50% coupon they'd hung on my door 2 weeks previously. When I'd called to ask for an appointment, they were too busy th weekend that the coupon was good for -- so they honored it a week later. :) I will for sure use them again, coupon or no.

Start to finish. It was a positive experience and the job was done very well.

Workers came exactly on time, Eric & Eddie, were both perfect gentlemen, hard workers, efficient and honest in all respects. It was a pleasure having them here.

They were exactly on time....called prior with exact time as per their GPS. They used booties and were fast and effecient. I will use them again. They were less expensive than Got Junk.

I scheduled on line appointment. They confirmed the appointment time and date. On the date they called ahead of time, to let me know they were coming. We settled on an amount and the stuff was removed. Dependable and reliable. They did what we agreed on with care, and in a timely manner.

The team was quick, professional and of high quality. If they were not sure if something should be removed they asked, but pretty much only had to give the instructions the first time when they arrrived.

They asked me over an dover again if I would sign the contrac that I would do the work when they came. They called me back and confirmed the appt. They called 20 minutes before my appoutnment to say they were on the way. The competition just showed up at my house without an appointment. The competition tracked greasy mud down my stairs. They didn't take any notes, measurements and just eyeballed the work. Junk king, took notes, measurements and put protectants on their shoes to protect my carpet. There was no pressure to sign a deal right then. He gave me a detailed written estimate and offered alternatives for me to shred my sensitive documents. They went above and beyond. I was so impressed with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

We chose the Junk King due to their recycling efforts, a low minimum price and a 15% off coupon we received in the mail. The crew arrived on time, gave us a favorable price and completed the job in less than 20 minutes. They were clean and courteous and put on shoe covers before entering our house. Large items were removed without scratching or scuffing anything along the way.

The work turned out just fine. They were friendly, efficient, nice, and they did their job.
