Description of Work: I needed to reschedule after making the initial appointment but they were very cooperatve. The crew of two arrived on time and were very courteous. They loaded up our junk including a heavy metal desk quickly and were on their way. I would recommend Junk King.

Description of Work: Years of accumulated junk in basement moved and hauled away. What a relief!

Description of Work: Remove non working freezer/refrigerator.

Description of Work: I purchased the summer junk removal special to get rid of an old sofa, chair, sofa bed and a few other miscellaneous items. The crew that came were very professional and introduced themselves, made sure they got everything on the list etc. We actually didn't use up all the space on the truck for the deal we purchased, so the crew leader was sure to let us know and make sure we can use some of the value at a later date.

Description of Work: I entered into a contract with the junk king via Angie's List Big Deal. instructions were to give company 48hrs. to make contact with me. A which time an appointment would be scheduled or a better time to schedule an appointment would be agreed upon. I never heard from "kc junk king" .Thinking perhaps they over booked I allowed an additional 24hrs, still nothing. I called my bank requested a refund, explained why, and closed the matter. I have filled out no less than three of these requests from Angie's list regarding this same matter as well. I sincerely hope this is the last request. Member, Karen Mathis

Description of Work: I had piles of junk in my basement, a few upstairs' rooms and my garage. The two young men who came to my house surveyed the items I wanted taken, gave me a price and then quickly removed the items, including an old, very heavy television, from the third floor. They even swept my garage when they finished. I was impressed with their professionalism and with their promise to dispose of the old TV in an environmentally sound way. I'm planning to call them soon to pick up some additional items.

Description of Work: Junk King was fantastic. I called them on a Monday and needed to get my whole house cleaned out to sell. I had an incredible amount of stuff that needed to be donated and just removed. They were able to come within one day and had the whole house move-out ready in less than two days. They even took my donation materials to charities. I would recommend them to anyone. They were friendly, fast and reasonable in pricing.

Description of Work: They hauled off some old lumber, file cabinets. and shelving. A small load I thought. I had purchased a Big Dael and prepaid $78 thinking that would be about the total. The guys were professional, prompt, and friendly. They didn't understand the deal and that was a cause of some confusion. We worked through it. Everything was good except the way they estimated and the price. Had I known how they billed, I would have flattened everything to lower the volume. Larger volume means a larger bill.

Description of Work: Picking up trash and recycling stuff that was junking up our home and yard.These guys were great and came when they were scheduled. However, I was disappointed to find out that they could not take left over paint unless it was all dried out. They did haul away everything else we needed them too. I thought it was a little pricey considering the amount of space we were allowed on the truck.

Description of Work: My coupon was for 1/4 truckload, we ended up with 1+1/4 loads priced for one discounted load. A very good deal for the time and effort. Nice guys doing the work.

Description of Work: They came when scheduled. They were very polite. There was no inconvenience for me & they took everything I asked them to take with no extra charge. I would definitely use them again & would recommend their services to other customers.

Description of Work: Eddy McDaniel, employee, cleaned my garage and storage shed perfectly in about 20 hours. He was punctual, polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again.
