 + -1 moreThey made the process go very smoothly. We went in and they spent a lot of time with us and explained all of the papers that we were signing. We felt they got us a good rate. In fact, when we asked to refinance when rates went down, they were happy to do that for us. We paid the closing costs.
Description of Work: We have our mortgage with JP Morgan. It is not our first mortgage and everything was explained to us.
