I promise not to take you on a wild goose chase looking at properties that "vaguely" meet your criteria.
I promise to represent your interests in the purchase of a home. I know this is a HUGE decision for you and I promise to be responsible for providing professional advice as to whether this is the right decision for you to make.
I promise to be your advocate in the negotiation process so that I might best secure your future business and referrals.
You may choose between an array of agents with vast experiences, large companies or small, but the most important reason to choose a specific agent is that you sense that he or she "fits" with you and you can effectively communicate with them at ten in the morning or at ten at night.
