 + -1 moreI had a horrible experience. I specifically told them when I checked in that I wanted the $19.99 oil change. When I got to the cash register they told me it was over $70. They said they gave me the high quality oil and I never asked for that. I talked to the manager and found out that it was the assistant manager that was taking care of me. She actually seemed upset that I didn't want to pay $74. I was kind of forced to pay it. It was a really bad experience. She said that she would give me a 10% discount. After they robbed me, they told me they would give me a discount. They did a good job on the quality. They did not communicate. They were on time.

 + -1 moreI HAVE TWICE HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCES AT THIS LOCATION. ONCE MY KEYS WERE LOCKED IN MY CAR AND I WAS BLAMED, AND ANOTHER TIME THE OIL CAP WAS NOT TIGHTLY FASTENED AND OIL GOT ALL OVER MY ENGINE. IN THE SECOND INSTANCE, THE REGIONAL MANAGER INTERVENED AND RESOLVED THE PROBLEM TO MY SATISFACTION.
