Excellent communicators- what was needed, cost, how long and when the work was completed. Very polite and friendly.

I first contacted JetAlum to repair a window screen and screen door (hail tore the screens) and to get parts to repair a tilt-in window. The parts I needed are no longer available, so I had to replace the window and one right next to it so they would match. Service was excellent, prices were competitive. Everything was done earlier than promised. I will definitely call JetAlum again if I need a window or screen repaired or replaced.

Just fine. They took away my old patio door and built a new frame for the new one including replacing the cill which had rotted out and tidied up nicely.

The people in the office were a delight to work with. They answered all my questions about storm window construction and provided several different quotes to me over a period of weeks, as I was trying to figure out which windows needed storms and which ones I could install myself. In the end, I am glad Jetalum installed all three. The installers showed up on time, were polite and finished quickly. They were very careful of my landscaping, too! I only have two issues related to this transaction. First is due to a miscommunication regarding the model of storm window purchased. It turns out the one I bought for the double-hung window does not have the security feature that prevents it being opened from the outside. This security was one of the main reasons I was purchasing storm windows. However, the vendor was very nice and spoke with me at length about what could be done to modify the storm window. The other qualm is regarding price. Their storm windows and installation priced out at more than double the other quotes I received. What sold me on using them was the fact that they could do custom colors and that they were so easy to work with. I am glad I did.

This company realizes that I do not know much about their business, so they were very helpful at making suggestions for my project. They would go over each screening material and explain the benefits and drawback of each. They did a great job and we have been happy with the results. I would suggest that you go with this company if you have any screening needs at all. They can custom make whatever size you need if you don't have standard sizes.

THEY BUILT THE TOW STORM WINDOWS IN A TIMELY MANNER, WERE COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB.
