John was courteous, professional, and easy to work with from estimate to job completion. John was my 7th estimate, and I was leary of one more estimate but came from a trusted source (I had actually pretty much made my decision prior to John arriving). John provided me several window brand options for my home, and provided a competitive price based on the higher quality window I chose, Simonton 5500 series. He scheduled the job within 3 weeks, and was involved and supervised the install. He did quality work, anytime there was a concern or area of question he always responded fairly and appropriately from customer service perspective. He included in his bid wrap for windows I was not replacing, as well as installed my door knob and completed some touch-up painting at no charge. He also provided fair price to wrap my garage door which was not included in the original scope of work, and an additional window not in original estimate. He took time to take down and re-install custom blinds.
