We couldn't be more pleased with Jim's work. We had originally hired Jim to just paint our living room and entry way since we have high ceilings, and wallpaper the dining room below the chair rail. He did such a great job and liked his easy personality that we had him continue on with the dining room and three bedrooms. Jim also touched up our white woodwork in all rooms. That was something we hadn't thought of and it really made a huge difference. Jim also repaired little imperfections in walls (cracks, bad previous paint job issues, etc.). We left the TV on for pets and told Jim he could change the TV channel to whatever station he wanted, but he ended up bringing his own radio and played soft classical music. Jim has a very warm and friendly personality which also made the whole process easier. He offered good suggestions when we needed them. We ended up paying more than we would have because we made a few color changes in the middle of things. Jim painted a couple of smaller walls a different shade, which helped us pick the best one for us. Jim was easily reached in the evenings if we needed to let him know what the color choice was or anything else. We had a textured wallpaper put up below our chair rail in the dining room that looks like beadboard. He did an excellent job going around corners with the vertical lines looking perfect. We are very happy with his work.
