Michael came out and provided an estimate in a very timely manner and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, providing color options and suggestions based upon his experience. His crew came out as soon as weather permitted and did an excellent job, following up quickly with any touch ups that needed to be done. My house looks 20 years newer and couldn't be more pleased.

Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Mike Mohajir (Jake Co Painting) may be cheaper (up front) than the rest, but you pay for it in an exhaustive list of unprofessional practices, such as: No power washing of the house before they started painting. I actually caught the team painting over dried mud and cobwebs. They only want to caulk where they �professionally� feel it needs to be. Found them caulking and then spraying right over wet caulk. Conveniently forgot to put all of my garden hose hangers, down spouts, and front door weather stripping back on. Many areas 9 months later are bubbling and cracking.
