I definitely recommend Jake Co. The owner and crew were very easy to work with. I had exterior house painted, deck/fence repair and stain. It turned out beautiful. I couldn't be happier.

Jake Co was professional and completed the job quicker than I had hoped for. If I had any concerns I was able to reach someone and have said concerns addressed quickly. It was a very positive first time painting experience!

Had nothing but problems with them. They told me they could do whatever I needed. Once I signed the contract that all changed. Refused to do painting as requested. On the agreed upon date to meet to make sure colors were correct, had already begun using wrong colors, didn't properly prep walls. Didn't use oil base stain as agreed & painted stained wood orange.Refused to remove color. Cost me great deal more for correct paint. Workers fought, cursed & through ladder. Window trim didn't match. Painted windows shut.Never returned to reopen windows as promised. Payment made on final day, workers left without completing. Never returned my messages

This company was wonderful to work with, including the owner and his employees. I would highly recommend Jake Co Painting to any family member or friend. They did everything that I ask for and more without any problem or hesitation. I love my house now.

It was an easy, no-stress experience and the house turned out great. The help with choosing colors was an added bonus. Plus, it was a good deal too and well worth the money.

The owner was very knowledgeable and recommended colors that I probably wouldn't have considered myself, but they look fantastic! The estimate was right on with others I had gotten and was exactly what I was charged. The workers were incredibly professional and courteous, and I had no concerns about leaving doors open for them to paint if I wasn't there. Work was done very quickly, and they came promptly to fix the few touch ups that were needed. I have a large house, so I expected there to be some touch ups. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely use them again.

Jake Co painted our house and stained our deck. We weren't sure how to pick the right colors. Michael gave us his suggestions, which we chose, and they look fabulous. We had major concerns with the preparation after the first coat of paint and discussed it with him that night. He was very responsive. As it turns out, it was simply their normal process and they were already aware of the flaws and prepared to fix them before we brought it up. Regardless, he and the foreman were great to work with. The final product is outstanding. We would recommend them and will use them again.

Michael was professional and easy to contact / work with. Job got done but was a bit delayed. A couple of repairs had to be re-done to meet satisfaction. Company very devoted to satisfying customer.

Some owners use contractors and some use employees. I am not against either as it is their tax decision. However, they should ensure quality regardless. JakeCo's quality is average or fair at best. They missed a few spots and did not scrape very well. Overall I rate the job as fair as I am concerned that I will have to "engage" the 1yr warranty at some point. I own my own business and one of my greatest concerns is that the customer is completely comfortable and satisfied. They did stand behind their warranty. At this time, I would not necessarily recommend this company based on their performance. One week later, sitll found missed spots.

My wife and I were very happy with the job that was done. Hard to find painter that scrape the old fashion way, using wire brushes and paint scraper. Everything I talk to the concractor about was taken care of. Both workers on site were courteous and payed attention to details. Had some places that were missed, let them know and they took care of it right away. Would definetely use them the next time I need something painted.Wish they painted interior as well.would be happy to be a reference.

Very good experience with Jake Co. They started on time, actually a few days early, and finished in a timely manner as well. They never left a mess and workers were very friendly. My only concern was that they asked for half of the estimate up front before work was started. We negotiated down to 25% of estimate to get started.

Jake Co Painting gave us a very competitive bid to paint the exterior of our house. The painters were terrific and did a great job. We have flowers and shrubs all around the house and they were very careful around the plants. I would highly recommend this company!
