JADE ALARM CO

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Jade Alarm since 2004, recommending them many times to people we know. Our next-door neighbor has Jade Alarm. First and foremost is that Jade is locally owned, and most important to me, locally monitored. Every home we have lived in since the late 1980’s has been alarmed. Two national companies who performed poorly have proven to me that locally monitored is very important. The people who monitor for Jade are professional and precise. On a road trip with my wife a break-in alarm was handled by Jade Staff who coordinated with law enforcement and my neighbors to make sure our home was secured. Over the years our alarm system has aged. It still worked but became harder to use. The owner of Jade Alarm, Joe Pfefer, cut us a sweetheart deal to replace and upgrade our system. The new system is sophisticated, informative, and much easier to use. It was installed technicians Lazaro and Lino. They both correctly wore masks, didn’t make a mess and were patient when teaching us about the new alarm programming. Watching Lazaros’ fingers just flying over the keyboards to program the new system was amazing and Lino has a real eye for making sure our two keypads were perfectly level and pleasing to the eye. We intend to stay in our home for many more years and Jade Alarm will always be who we use. Jade Alarm stands behind what they do.

Installation went well; installer was kind and professional. Took the time to explain the problem and how we could rectify future issues. Our company has been with Jade alarm for over 9 years and still going.

I thought that the quote was high. He seemed to be having trouble with his family, and I can not fault him for that but it seemed they were having trouble focusing on the business.

Jade has done an excellent job so far. With the initial estimate, they provided recommendations that met my needs for monitoring the property. They appeared to take into consideration the unique use/type of the property. Communication was very good initially and the install went well. I would recommend this company to others based on their effort to provide solid recommendations based on the layout, as opposed to another company's more generic recommendations.

The entire company rallied around our alarm services after suffering a lightning strike and house fire. Remaining contents in our home were secured by their quick response. The entire organization has gone above and beyond to patch the damaged system, installed temporary devices and plan for long-term security services. They deserve our strongest recommendation for future security services.

WHERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. CHANGED THE DATE ONCE AND DIDN'T SHOW UP ON THE SECOND DATE.

EVERYONE WITH THE COMPANY IS QUICK TO RESPOND AND THEY ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ANY PROBLEMS WITH ONE CALL. THE PRICE LISTED IS THE MONTHLY FEE FOR MONITORING.
